These terms apply when you use the ASMR app and its server. By using the app you accept them.

The service

ASMR offers sessions, sound layers, mixes and routines for relaxation and sleep. It is not a medical service and does not replace advice from a health professional. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.

AI voices

The narrators' voices are made with AI speech technology: no person reads the stories aloud. Some sounds and pictures are also made with AI tools.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time on the You screen.

Plans and subscriptions

• The free plan includes a selection of sessions and sounds, and previews of premium content.
• Premium is sold as a subscription through Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play.
• A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before.
• Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
• Plan limits (offline downloads, saved mixes, routines, sleep timer length) are shown in the app and can change; we will tell you in the app before a change reduces a paid plan.

Content

The audio is licensed to you for personal listening in the app only. Downloads are for offline listening in the app and expire when your plan no longer includes them. You may not copy, redistribute or resell the audio.

Fair use

Do not attack, overload or reverse engineer the service, and do not share accounts to get around plan limits.

Changes and availability

We improve the service over time and may change or remove features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
